20 Affordable Halal Restaurants in London
“Dear Halal Girl, AH I trust you are keeping well. I have noticed our regular supermarket shop has gotten more expensive, leaving less for more fanciful purchases as opposed to just the every day necessities. That also means eating out has and likely will continue to be a pinch. While I love all that your write about, even the Michelin starred restaurants for those special occasions, I was hoping you would be open to covering more of the cheaper options. Not even cheap eats necessarily but perhaps places where we can eat good food without breaking the bank and maybe those places where you maybe become aware of special promotional offers etc. Thank you so much for what you have done for the community.”
Having only dipped our toes into the cost of living crisis in the UK, it seems like it’s going to be a while before things get better. Many are turning to wearing warmer clothes and hot water bottles in their own homes to beat the energy prices as well as turning towards eating at home more to help keep their monthly expenses down. But don’t be glum, a meal out once in a while is always a great way to keep positive, especially when the food is good! So we’ve put together a list of 20 (and a few more!) affordable halal restaurants that are well worth the visit and make for a great outing. From one dish wonders that cost less than a tenner to affordable dates to impress that special one, this post has it all.
Onwards and upwards as they say!
