9 Halal Breakfast Places in London You Need To Check Out!
Whenever I look up halal breakfast places in London, I am always greeted by huge plates stuffed with a typical halal fry up – think beef bacon, beef sausages, baked beans, toast, sometimes a paratha, sometimes even doner. Whilst you can’t go wrong with a greasy spoon breakfast once in a while, I sure wouldn’t mind a basic avocado toast, poached eggs with halal beef bacon, or even some roti with dahl.
So, I did the hard work by eating everywhere and without further ado, here are 9 halal breakfast places in London you need to check out right now.

What: Beit El Zeytoun can be found tucked away in Acton industrial park. Although they do a simple Lebanese scrambled eggs with sujouk/awarma/mushrooms, foul moudamas, and fattet, their lebanese breakfast is a combination of all their breakfast items and is great value for money! Plus it makes a fun date with your other half to discover all the little goodies!

What: The Mantl is a fairly new Turkish restaurant from the guys behind Skewd Kitchen and with a location right opposite Harrods, they are busy busy busy. They recently introduced a breakfast menu which has the locals coming back again and again. The fried eggs are either served on their own, with sujuk (garlic sausage), or with their beef pastrami (which just melts instantly!). A little pricier than the usual Turkish breakfasts you can find in North London but a good option if you’re on this side of town!
When: They serve breakfast until 12pm on weekdays and 3pm on the weekends.
Order this: The fried eggs with sujuk [£5.00] are great if you are a fan of garlic sausage. Otherwise, the menemen [£8.00] is good too.

What: Drunch in Regent’s Park is a popular hangout amongst the instagram crowd and whilst their main menu is enticing, breakfast is what you want to come for. I am not joking when I say I have probably had one of the best Eggs royale over here! The interior is chic and great for a birthday or even a brunch catchup with the girls. Perhaps an instagrammable cafe actually does exist where the food is decent!
When: Until 12pm on weekdays and 3pm on weekends.
Order this: The Turkish eggs [£10.00] are great; soft poached eggs in a pool of yoghurt and chilli butter, topped with chives, and served with crusty bread.

What: Yes, I’ve touted about this gem numerous times on my feed and on the website too, but they have really nailed the halal breakfast scene down and deserve the love! Their menu is vast but thoughtful, and has enough options to keep everyone in the family happy! Just be sure to get there quick as the space tends to get full up quick!
When: Until 2pm on weekdays and until 4pm on weekends. Unfortunately, they will be closed until 4th September – sorry!
Order this: Of course, I am biased to the fried chicken benedict, but the chaka is great and if you reaaaallly fancy starting your day right, the smash burger is what you need to get.
Where: 58 Evering Rd, Hackney Downs, London N16 7SR
