Halal Restaurants in Paris: 2017 visit
- Le 1818
Fillet Mignon with Foie Gras and Roasted Potatoes – Le 1818 Le 1818, upon first glance, is an unassuming restaurant. No frills, no fancy cutlery, nada. However, the young chef behind the food is extremely passionate about what he serves to his customers. Sure, some of the dishes are forgettable, but Le1818 really excel with their steaks.
Recommended dishes: Ouef Coccotte (baked eggs with beef bacon) and the Fillet Mignon. - Le Crystal
Chicken Ballotine Le Crystal One of the best halal restaurants I’ve had the pleasure to dine at, the food at Le Crystal was fantastic. The food is far from molecular gastronomy, but the quality and care that the chef goes above and beyond to deliver is exceptional. Perfect for a date night!
Recommended dishes: Goat’s Cheese Salad and the Ballotine de Volaille (chicken ballotine).
- L’Échappée Belle
L’Échappée Belle I had met up with a few of my French followers who introduced me to L’Échappée Belle, a quaint and ethical cafe in Bastille. The food was just okay, with my chicken dish being quite dry, and also expensive! I suggest a visit if you’re in the area but there are better options elsewhere.
Here is a list of more halal restaurants in Paris in the table below. Do be sure to double check their halal status as suppliers may have changed since I last visited/spoke to the restaurant.
