Siam Central is a lovely little Thai restaurant on Goodge Street. For those who work in and around the area, it’s a great spot for lunch, even more so when the sun is out so you can dine alfresco and watch the people go by. The extensive menu means you will find something you like!
The lunch time menu has two options; 1 course for £8.75 or 2 courses for £10.25. I ordered the prawn and chicken toast for starters and then drunken rice for mains. The toast was ok, nothing special, but it is a nice little nibble to get you going. The drunken rice was lovely, it was full of spice and flavour, so much so you can feel flavour bustling through your entire mouth whilst you eat it.
Although it is a lunch menu, they do not scrimp on the amount of chicken which is great! An alternative option for mains is everyone’s favourite Thai dish; the Pad Thai.
