Okay, okay, I’m guilty of being in the deep-fried Ramadan party but I can’t help it. Deep fried oreos, deep fried Korean chicken tenders – guilllttyyy. BUT I decided to change things up and make oven baked buffalo chicken wings smothered in a bright red Buffalo sauce.
As the clock ticks by, I hear you (well, your stomach) thinking “what’s for iftar?”. How about something sweet, something spicy, and something most definitely crunchy. Something like these Korean fried chicken tenders with a side of creamy gochujang mayonnaise – now that’s an iftar worth drooling about.
Make the most of the lovely sunshine before the weather change – typical London weather – and indulge in this refreshing and creamy mango panna cotta. It is fairly easy to make and once you nail it, you can swap out mango for coffee, strawberry and other fruits.
